About Abby

Abigail Hoeh - Founder & Owner of Life Work Balance LLC

Hi, I’m Abby!

I have a passion and fascination for the world of work.

I have 10+ years of experience coaching (all beginning with my love for health, well-being, and fitness!) and 8+ years of experience providing organizational development consultation services in various capacities. I have formal training in counseling with a specialization in career counseling.

My professional experience working with local, county, and state departments of various sizes as well as with military and government entities, helped me realize how easy it is for human capital, an organization’s most valuable investment, to be taken for granted.

I’ve always been fascinated with psychology and I enjoy figuring out how people work and how people work together. When I collaborate with individuals and groups, I like to focus on differences between people because one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to career satisfaction and engagement. I observe each person’s style, motivation, how each person thinks, and how they build relationships.

My goal is to help individuals and organizations embrace the idea that transition and change are normal, so they may work together through a cohesive and collaborative relationship to increase organizational and individual productivity, employee satisfaction and happiness, and to reduce turnover and toxicity.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, traveling, exercising, listening to music, playing board games, reading, and writing. I am working to improve and expand my cooking, and I love interacting with people both on an individual level and in groups. I am an introvert at heart, so after interacting with others I value time to myself to wind down and re-energize.Life Work Balance LLC Logo
